Cancellation & Returns

At Diam O Rivo, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Our cancellation and return policy is as follows:

Order Cancellations
  1. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, subject to a 2% deduction for payment gateway charges.
  2. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a Processing Charge of ₹1000, in addition to the 2% payment gateway deduction.
  3. For customized orders made specifically as per the customer’s request, the making charges will be non-refundable and forfeited.
  4. If an order contains two or more items, you can cancel an individual item without canceling the entire order.

Refund Process

  1. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking).
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
  3. If an order is returned under our 7-Day Money-Back Policy (not applicable to coins), the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to use it for a new purchase or have the amount refunded to your bank account.
  4. For orders placed using gift cards, any refund will be credited back to the original gift card
